You probably want to know how did this happen. Well, here is just a glimpse of their story.
WE FIRST MET – SEEMS LIKE YESTERDAY!
Matthias moved to Michigan for work reasons. Lauren & Matthias first met at prayer night at NorthRidge Church. Both were serving in the worship team together.
THE FIRST DATE.
On their first date they went to dinner at Wright and Company in Detroit and afterwards they took a tour of The Whitney.
THEN THE TRAGEDY HAPPENED. MATTHIAS LEFT THE COUNTRY!
Matthias moved back to Germany. Since then they have FaceTimed each other everyday for the past 6 months. (So stinky…)
… AND HE FINALLY PROPOSED!
Matthias visited Lauren 6 month later and proposed to her in South Haven on the beach during a beautiful sunset. (And yes he suprised her).
